Frequently asked questions
Everything you might want to know before you hand us a photo of someone you love.
Your preview & likeness
Will it actually look like my pet or person?
That is the goal, and it is exactly why we show you a free preview before you pay. Likeness depends a lot on the photo you send. If the first preview is not quite right, tell us and we will refine it for free until it feels like them. You only approve when you are happy.
Do I have to pay before I see it?
No. You see a free, watermarked preview of your art before any payment is taken. We only charge you after you approve the piece you want printed.
What if I don't love the preview?
Just tell us. Free changes and revisions are part of the process before you approve. We will keep refining the art until you love it, or you can walk away. There is no charge and no obligation at the preview stage. Your preview link stays live for 14 days, so there is no rush to decide.
I only have one photo of a pet who passed away. Can you work with it?
We would be honored to try. Upload the photo you have — the free preview costs nothing, so you can see exactly what we can make from it before any payment. Clearer photos give stronger results, and if the photo makes a good likeness hard, you will see that in the preview first.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo of one subject gives the best result. Tips that help:
- Good lighting, ideally natural daylight.
- The face and eyes in focus and clearly visible.
- Just one subject in the frame.
- The highest resolution you have (a recent phone photo is usually great).
Try to avoid blurry, dark, heavily filtered, or very small/low-quality images, and photos where the subject is far away or partly hidden.
Can you do people, cars, or more than one subject?
Pet portraits are our signature, but photos of people, cars, and other subjects work too. For the strongest likeness, one clear subject per photo works best. If you have a special request, just ask us through the contact page.
Your photo & privacy
What happens to my photo?
Your photo is used only to create your art. It is processed by our AI provider under its terms to generate the piece. We never sell your photos and never use them to train AI. We delete the copies we control after your order is complete, or after a short period if no order is placed. You can request deletion any time through our contact page. More in our privacy policy.
Is the art really made by AI?
Yes. Every piece is created by AI from the photo you upload — no human artist paints it by hand. Your photo is turned into a finished piece of wall art by our system, then printed and shipped to you. See how it works for the full process.
Prices, printing & delivery
What do you make, and what does it cost?
We offer:
- Gallery canvas from $89, with larger sizes up to $249.
- Fine-art posters from $39, up to $59.
Prices are in USD. Shipping is free within the U.S.
What sizes are available?
We offer a range of sizes from smaller accent pieces up to larger statement walls, across both canvas and poster formats. The exact sizes and prices will be shown in the Studio when you choose your format.
What if I don't love the delivered print?
We stand behind every order. If a delivered piece has a quality, likeness, or print defect, or it doesn't match the art you approved, we will redo it free or refund it. Because each piece is custom made-to-order, a simple change of mind after you approve may not qualify for a refund, but we will always try to make it right. Please report any issue within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the problem. Full details are on our guarantee page.
Will the watermark be on my print?
No. The watermark only protects the free preview. The moment you approve your art, we print the clean, full-resolution piece — no watermark anywhere.
How long does it take to arrive?
Each piece is made to order. Production takes a few business days, then tracked shipping on top of that — so plan on about 1 to 2 weeks total. That estimate comes from our print partner’s production and delivery times; it isn’t a guarantee. See our shipping page for more.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States to start, with more regions planned later. Your art is produced by a professional print partner and sent with a tracked courier.
How do I track my order?
Once your approved art ships, you will receive tracking so you can follow it to your door. If you can't find it or have a question, reach us through the contact page and we will look it up for you.
How do I reach a real person?
Use the form on our contact page and a real person will reply — we aim to respond within one to two business days. We are happy to help with photos, previews, sizes, or anything about your order.
