Welcome. These terms explain how our custom art service works and what we each agree to. By using our site or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

What we make

We create premium, made-to-order wall art generated by AI from a photo you upload, then printed on canvas or fine-art paper and shipped to you. Your art is AI-generated from your photo using our third-party AI provider. It is not hand-painted by a human artist.

Preview and approval

You see a free, watermarked preview before you pay. You can request changes, and no payment is taken until you approve your art. The image you approve is the exact image we print (upscaled for print quality). See how it works.

Your responsibilities for photos

When you upload a photo, you confirm that:

• You have the right to use it.
• If it shows other people, you have their consent.
• It is not illegal or infringing.

Content rules

Your photo must be yours to use: when you upload, you confirm you have the rights to it and the consent of anyone identifiable in it. Please don't request art of celebrities or public figures, copyrighted characters or logos, other people's children, or anything illegal or harmful — requests like these aren't permitted here, and we may decline or cancel any request or order. Nothing is ever charged before you approve your preview.

If you're a rights-holder and believe something made here infringes your rights, reach us through the contact page and we'll act quickly, including removal and a refund where appropriate.

Intellectual property

Once your order is complete, you receive the right to use your finished art for personal use. We keep all rights to our site, our brand, and the underlying tools and systems we use to make your art.

Returns and guarantee

Because every piece is custom made-to-order, it isn't covered by standard change-of-mind returns. Instead, it's covered by our Love-It Guarantee. Please report any issue within 30 days of delivery, with a photo of the problem.

Colors and accuracy

Screens and printed materials can vary slightly in color, so the final print may look a little different from your on-screen preview.

Pricing

Prices are shown in USD, and shipping within the U.S. is free. See shipping for timelines.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to get every piece right. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or incidental losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where our business operates.
