We want you to love your art. That is the whole point. So we built the whole process around making sure you do — before you ever pay, and after it arrives.

Here is the heart of it: you see a free preview first, you only pay once you approve it, and if the piece we deliver isn't right, we'll make it right.

Free changes before you approve

After you upload your photo, we create your AI art and show you a free, watermarked preview. If something feels off, just tell us. We'll revise it. There is no charge for changes while we're getting it right, and no payment is taken until you approve your art.

You only pay after you approve

Once you approve your preview, that exact image is what we print (upscaled for print quality). What you see is what you get. Please note that screens and print can vary slightly in color — that is normal and not a defect.

If your delivered piece isn't right

If the piece you receive has a quality issue, a likeness problem, a print defect, or simply doesn't match the preview you approved, we'll redo it free or refund you. You shouldn't pay for something that didn't come out the way it should.

How to make a claim

Reach out through our contact page within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. A quick picture helps us see the problem and fix it fast. We aim to reply within one to two business days.

A few fair limits

Because every piece is custom made-to-order just for you, a simple change of mind after you've approved the art may not qualify for a refund. That said, we'll always try to make it right — talk to us.
