• The photo you upload. The image you send us so we can create your art.
• Your contact and order details. Things like your name, email, shipping address, and what you ordered.
• Basic site analytics. General information about how people use our site, such as pages visited and device type.

How we use it

• To create your custom art from your photo.
• To process, fulfill, and ship your order, and to provide support.
• To improve our site and make it work better.

About your photo

Your uploaded photo is used only to create your art. The art is AI-generated: your photo is processed by our AI provider, fal.ai, under its terms. We never sell your photo and we never use it to train AI. We delete the copies we control once your order is complete, or after a short period if no order is placed, and you can ask us to delete them at any time through our contact page.

Who we share with

We only share what is needed to make and ship your order, with the service providers who help us do it. That includes our AI image service (fal.ai), our print and shipping partner (Prodigi), and our payment processor (Shopify Payments). We never sell your information for money; if we ever use advertising cookies that share data with ad platforms, you can opt out — see the cookies section below.

Your choices

You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time. Just reach out through our contact page and we will take care of it.

Cookies, analytics, and ads

We may use cookies and advertising pixels, such as social-media pixels, to run and measure our ads and to understand how the site is used. Some state privacy laws treat data shared through advertising pixels as “sharing” of personal information — you can opt out anytime on our privacy choices page, and you can manage or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Children

Our site and products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
